Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Daccle.

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the security of your account, and activity performed through it. Do not share your credentials.

User content

You retain ownership of content you add. You grant Daccle the non-exclusive rights required to store, process, display, and transmit that content according to your visibility settings. You confirm that you have the right to publish it.

Prohibited conduct

• Illegal, misleading, threatening, or hateful content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Harassment, spam, fraud, malware, or technical abuse.
• Impersonation or publishing personal data without authorization.

Moderation

Daccle may limit visibility, remove content that violates these terms, or suspend an account to protect the service and community.

Service availability

The service is continuously developed. Interruptions, changes, or data loss may occur in exceptional circumstances. Daccle does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Daccle is not responsible for agreements or content between users or for indirect damages. Finnish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Account termination

You may permanently delete your account in Settings. Daccle may terminate or restrict an account for a material violation of these terms.
