Delete your Daccle account

Delete your account in the app

• Open Profile.
• Select Settings.
• Select Delete account.
• Confirm deletion by following the on-screen instructions.

If you cannot access the app

Email duentafinland@gmail.com from the address registered to your Daccle account. Use Delete account as the subject. We may request information needed to verify your identity and account ownership. Never send your password.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your profile, vehicle cards, images, videos, and other account-linked content from active systems. Deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored.

Limited retention

Data may remain in backups for a short technical recovery period. Limited information necessary for legal obligations, security, abuse investigations, or legal claims may be retained for the required period.
